Speechcraft Projects and Evaluations in Agenda

It would be a great enhancement to be able to assign the Speechcraft projects and therefore have the Speechcraft evaluation forms available in the agenda.

Usually Speech craft is not given in the Club meeting environment, we will need to have some discussion.
