Member Role Report - how to include path & project for speakers?

Hi, all!
How can I get the Member Role Report for my current club (739097) to show the path and project for each time the members is on the agenda to speak? The report in my former club (2508) included this information which was a HUGE help to me as VPE.

Thank you, Brian! Hope you got a good laugh out of my question. I've been away from an officer role for awhile and clearly forgot some of the FTH finer points!
